E-Bike Repair Waiver & Acknowledgment of Terms

This document serves as a binding waiver of liability and an acknowledgment of terms between Redondo Ebikes ("Service Provider") and the client named below ("Client").

1. Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

The Client acknowledges and agrees that riding an e-bike involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, property damage, and death. The Service Provider is not a manufacturer and provides repair services only.

The Client hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Service Provider, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by the negligence of the Service Provider or otherwise, arising from or related to the e-bike repair services.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Redondo Ebikes and its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action brought against them by a third party arising out of or related to use of their bike repair services.

The Client expressly assumes all risks of personal injury or property damage, whether foreseen or unforeseen, that may be sustained as a result of the e-bike repair.

When a repair is unsuccessful, the company will inform the Client and close the order. The Client may still be responsible for diagnostics fees and the cost of any parts used during the repair attempt.

2. Communications

The Client agrees to be contacted at the phone number(s) and email address(es) provided for informational and service update purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply.

3. Storage Fees for Unclaimed E-Bikes

The Service Provider will notify the Client when repair work is completed. The Client agrees to pick up the e-bike within 72 hours of this notification.

If the bike is not picked up within the agreed timeframe, a storage fee of $10 per day will be applied. After 10 days, this fee will increase to $20 per day. These fees will continue to accrue until the e-bike is picked up and the final bill, including all storage fees, is paid in full.

4. Abandoned Property

If the Client fails to pick up the e-bike and pay the outstanding balance (including storage fees) within 60 days of the initial completion notification, the e-bike will be considered abandoned property. The Service Provider reserves the right to dispose of the e-bike in any manner to recover costs. The Client waives all rights to the e-bike and any proceeds from its sale after this period.

5. Agreement

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the terms of this waiver and voluntarily agree to its provisions.
